Detailed Staging Assessment - We’ll work with you to provide a room-by-room review, offering specific recommendations to ready your home for sale. De-cluttering, accessorizing, minimizing, enhancing, cosmetic and minor repair recommendations are what Hyelee and her crew focuses on during a detailed verbal assessment.

Two Hour Staging Consultation for $250
(*$250 fee with a two hour maximum. Additional time after two hours, $95 per hour. The consultation fee will be deducted when you start your Occupied home staging.)

After initial consultation, we return once the pre-staging recommendations you chose to do are complete.

$2000 / includes up to 3 hours
(additional hours at staging will be charged at $200 per hour.)

Based on the client’s budget, we will curate and shop for personalized accessories such as bedding, Decor, artwork, and other accents to be presented on staging day. All receipts will be provided and kept by the client.
